Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, rub rim with olive oil, sprinkle all with garlic salt, turn over on top of a half onion for each half squash on baking dish, bake 35-45 minutes at 350 or until done. Scrape baked squash with fork to make spaghetti like strands, cut baked onion and mix into squash, season with garlic salt, salt, and pepper to taste. Yum!
I marinated and grilled chicken breasts, made a white sauce/gravy, and foccacia bread, and home canned peaches.
